Payment methods

Pay for your shopping safely and conveniently.
Choose your favorite among the following payment methods:

    1. Invoice purchase
    2. Credit Card
    3. Prepayment
    4. PayPal

Bill purchase

Particularly safe and convenient is the bill purchase. You will receive an invoice with the delivery of the order and pay only after receipt of the goods.

In order to enable the purchase of the invoice, we require your date of birth and your consent to the transmission of your data for identity and credit checks.

In rare cases, customers can not even be offered an invoice purchase once. This may have different causes, such as different billing and delivery addresses or a negative entry at the Schufa The bill purchase is handled by our partner Billpay GmbH and unfortunately we have no influence on the criteria according to which Billpay does not offer individual customers the bill purchase ,

All payment information and due date can be found in your invoice enclosed with the delivery or in the additionally received confirmation email.
Credit card

Secure online payment with your Mastercard or VISA - that's easy. And since data security and your trust are enormously important to us, SSL encryption also offers the highest level of security when you pay by credit card: All order and credit card data are only encrypted and transmitted to us in this process.

To pay by credit card, simply select "credit card" as the payment method during the order process. Then you will be asked to provide the following credit card information:

- Card type (Mastercard or VISA)
- Name of Cardholder
- card number
- check digit
- validity period

The name of the cardholder and the card number and expiration date can be found on the front of your credit card. The check digit is a three-digit number (the last three digits of the number in the signature field) on the back of your credit card. This increases your payment security on the Internet.

Your payment is made via a payment form of the Computop PayGate payment platform.

Computop Wirtschaftsinformatik GmbH is a software manufacturer for banks and a leading provider of secure payment services. As a partner to the banking industry, Computop undergoes regular security certification: the PayGate server and its operation comply with the PCI security standards of VISA and MasterCard so that you can pay securely online.
prepayment

You choose to pay in advance if you can not or do not want to make your transfer of the invoice amount via one of the other online payment options. You may not have access to your PIN / TAN, do not have a credit card, or do not like to make money transactions over the Internet. Nevertheless, order conveniently and transfer the amount within three days to the account specified in the confirmation e-mail. Please do not forget to quote the order number and customer number so that we can safely allocate your payment.

We process your order as soon as we can determine the receipt of the money. In some cases, it takes two business days for the amount to be transferred from your bank to our account. Whole 7 days we reserve your items - enough time for your payment by cash in advance.
PayPal

PayPal is a well-known international online payment service that allows you to make secure, easy, fast and free payments in online stores.

PayPal is safe: Your bank or credit card details are only deposited with PayPal. That's why they are not sent over the Internet every time they make an online purchase. The payment will be deducted either from the stored credit card or by direct debit from your account.

PayPal is easy: you pay with two clicks. Because you can access your bank or credit card details deposited with PayPal instead of entering them again with every purchase.

PayPal is fast: The seller gets after confirmation of PayPal immediately a confirmation and can send the goods quickly to you.

Use PayPal immediately: If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can set it up in minutes easily and free of charge.

Delivery

We deliver within Austria to your home address (billing address) or - except cash on delivery - to a different delivery address (eg your job, hotel address, address with friends, friends).

The delivery takes place within 3-4 working days after your order, if your delivery address is correct and the payment has been registered in advance. International mailing on request
delivery costs

The delivery is particularly favorable with 4.20 €. Only with an order value of less than 24 € value of goods, we will charge you proportionally 6.95 € shipping costs (including VAT) regardless of the number of packages. If you make use of your statutory right of revocation for only a few of the goods you have ordered, you must bear the delivery costs in the amount that would have been incurred if you had ordered only the goods remaining with you.
